4- Using ice by applying ice packs or cold compresses to your anus can also relieve swelling specially if you use it for a several times a day.
5- As we said before, you have to avoid setting for long times. That's because setting for long periods puts pressure on the veins in your rectum and anus. So you need at least to take frequent breaks if your job makes you have to sit for long times.
6- Finally you can ask your health care provider for recommending a cream that can ease the pain of hemorrhoids during pregnancy and can be save for pregnancy.
